You recently received an offer for the level term life insurance that featured a rate chart and instructions for calculating the annual premium. We must correct the instructions that are printed at the top of the rate page when you are trying to calculate your annual premium. The rates are correct for the *annual* costs but the instructions erroneously identify them as *monthly* costs.
