Your children and grandchildren age 15 days to 20 years old qualify for MOAA Youth Life protection as long as the child's parent or guardian authorizes the Enrollment Form.

Rate Schedule 
For each child, you pay a low one-time premium. The $2,000.00 Youth Life Benefit costs just $75, the $5,000.00 Youth Life Benefit is only $150 and the $10,000 Youth Life Benefit is $300.
