Your premium payments will be waived if a sickness or injury leads to a total disability that keeps you from working at your current job. |

Can apply for maximum benefit amount as stated above. Minimum benefit available is $10,000. |
Children's Insurance |
Just $1.00 a month protects all your eligible children. Children 15 days to under 6 months are eligible for $1,000.00 coverage and children 6 months to 21 years are eligible for $10,000.00. |

At age 80, your coverage reduces to a $10,000 benefit. You also receive $2,500 paid-up insurance at that time. ***Nonsmokers meeting the highest underwriting standarts may qualify for "Preferred" (the plan's best) rates.
