As a member your acceptance is guaranteed1 for the opportunity to lock
into a plan with the following cash coverage:
For members Ages 65 or Older – You can collect as much as $6,000* cash benefits each year for hospital stays and recovery at home. Cash benefits will be paid for a wide variety of qualifying home healthcare services.
1 This policy is guaranteed acceptance, but it does contain a pre-existing condition limitation. Please refer to the brochure for more information on exclusions and limitations, such as pre-existing conditions.
*At age 80 the home recovery care benefit will reduce to an annual maximum of $3,000.00 for covered services.
